Who is this for?

If you have ever struggled to start running or don't know where to start, this eBook course is for you. The 14 week walk-run program is designed for everyone, including those starting from a sedentary lifestyle. You will gain the understanding and control to integrate running into your lifestyle, in a way that supports your overall health and wellbeing.
